"This piece was specially composed for Ron to play on his
saxophone in the shuttle and was to become the first musicial
piece played and recorded in space. Ron was so excited about
this piece that he rehearsed it continuously until the last moment.
May the memory of my friend the austronaut and the artist Ron
McNair live on through this piece. This record is dedicated
to Ron McNair and the six astronauts who died aboard the Challenger
Shuttle on 28th January, 1986." - Rendez-Vous/Jean-Michel Jarre.
"You've been just an early entry in my diary, another
page I hade to fill inside a book of a thousand. I turn the page
but my heart it aches, living my life without you. It seems like
something is missing, something is missing without you. I close
my eyes and remember why so much is missing without you, but
when I start to write again ... There's a gap in my life
that's too large to fill, a wound in my heart that no doctor
can heal, there's a ghost in my mind, woh is haunting all night,
there is thrust deep inside, brings you back to my side, myself
deceiving." - Wound in my Heart/Propaganda 1234
