 Currently we're working on a damage assessment before they knock the building down, and we're preparing a draft budget for replacement of the building.

 Public golf courses don't need a lot of lakes. All everybody does is just lose their golf ball and slow the game down.

 There's some worry about the amount of water in the area, about whether we're robbing the wildlife refuge. We won't use any more water than we need to on a golf course. It pretty much gets used, put on the land and it goes right back into the lakes.

 We want to bid it now, in order to open up by Thanksgiving or Christmas time, because golf courses here make most of their money from Thanksgiving to Easter. That's the game plan.
