 I had two months of not doing anything except wonder how my arm was going to feel. But I'm back throwing again, and I'm pain free. That's the biggest thing.

 I struggled a little bit, but I've been talking to 'MD' (pitching coach Mark Davis ) quite a bit the past few weeks, and he's really helped a lot,

 It just seemed like I would give up a couple hits, then start falling behind hitters and I would try to make the perfect pitch instead of just going right after them and say, 'Here, hit this.'
