 Halo Properties decided to donate it to us and gave us six months to move it. We have the station on stilts ready to go, but we've had to wait on good weather.

 Madison never incorporated and didn't get its own government. We don't want to get lost in the shuffle.

 That's what it will take to move, but that's not even counting the estimated $500,000 it's going to cost to convert the station into a museum.
