Everybody has a chance,

Everything went perfect. If people don't think this is a good horse by now, they haven't been paying attention.
He didn't ask me but he can do what he wants because it's his money. I don't know why he nominated him.
He didn't have it in him today, and you know I don't see any apparent reason.
He doesn't need the money.
He has the amazing respect of at least one man (morning line-maker Eric Donovan).
He kept elbowing me to go higher, but I couldn't.
He seems to be pretty tired this morning. Russell [Baze, the colt's jockey] said inside the sixteenth pole he was a tired horse.
He will have no more than two works, but he will definitely work at Belmont on the Saturday or Sunday prior to the Breeders' Cup. I may give him a half-mile work at home.
He will not be in the Kentucky Derby.
He won't make his living sprinting.
He's eating well and breezed well over the track,
I appreciate it more as time goes by. It's not something to be taken lightly. They aren't easy to get -- look what he had to do to get it.

I could leave the bar shoe on, but the foot looks really good. It doesn't concern me.
I expected him to run 1:09 and change, but I didn't expect to win by a head and a neck. He didn't go down in my mind, but he didn't move up either. I don't think we can take anything from this race. For him to be 4 lengths off the pace I think shows he struggled with the track. He was tired in the winner's circle.
