The team played with composure and consistency all day while competing against a wide variety of teams that each had different styles and strengths. The team adapted very well to this challenge, and the weekend proved that not only have our physical abilities improved, but so have our mental ones. Players were multi-tasking the strategic part of the game while also easily executing physical skill - a true sign of a veteran team. |
| The coaching staff is looking to the players who stood out last season to continue this trend and stand out even more - to take their games to another level. We hope to see the players who do not typically get the limelight to enhance their team contributions and roles. |

Team practices started this past Monday, and it was exciting to get all of the players together and practice in a team setting. |
| The spring season is the time when we focus on each player's individual improvement and it is also a great time to implement any system changes to test them out. We are making a big change to our serve-receive system for next fall and the spring season tournaments will provide us with numerous quality opportunities to get comfortable with the changes and work out the kinks. |
