 All of us enjoyed making the trip to Kentucky. The players were able to see a different part of the country which was a really good experience for them. And there were some good teams represented. It was also interesting to see that there are different rules pertaining to high school basketball played in Kentucky as opposed to the rules for basketball in Texas. |
| Basketball in Kentucky is supposed to be really big, but you never know for sure what to expect. The players are all excited about the opportunity to see what basketball is like in another part of the country. I don't think any of the players have ever been to this part of the country before. |
| I can't ever remember having three guys score 20 or more points in the same game. We got off to a good start, and shot the ball really well. Pasadena Memorial made some runs, but we responded. I was pleased with our effort. |
| I thought we played a really good second half. Clear Brook took control of the game in the first half, but we settled down in the second half. We started hitting more of our shots, and our defense improved. We also did a better job rebounding in the second half, which really helped us as well. Brook gave us all we wanted and played really hard. |
