 Most of the graffiti will be able to stay. Some committees came through and thought it would be a good idea to keep some of it, just to keep the heritage a little bit.

 One of the things that really hits you in Africa are the tremendous characters. And I think what produces them is that you are in an environment where self-reliance is critical. There's nobody there to help you, you really have to figure it out for yourself. It also encourages people to help each other because there's no formal organization to help you.

 This has been a really neat, really fun project. Even though we weren't able to save the entire high school, it's nice to know we're preserving something for the community for years to come.
