The estate-size lots in Crete seem to service our needs. Plus, it's a wonderful community we thought our participants would enjoy.

To build that type of house, we needed a bigger lot of land.

We designed these houses to be a part of the community and to serve individuals with developmental disabilities. We want to provide them with as much independence as possible and make them still feel like they living in a home.

We have made some improvements to design. We try to make it match the design of the subdivision it's built in.

We sat down with architects, case managers and participants to see what they would like in a home and tried to come up with a good design.
