It feels like high school again. I had a really good team, and I was a much better leader. When I got in college and the NBA, I became selfish. Now, I'm back to my high school days.

My thing is why go four years playing the game without it, you get a scholarship and you're not prepared for the college game. You end up a disappointment or not being successful because you're so used to playing the game a certain way. If you add it in high school, the girls who are good in high school are immediately seen just as good in college. A lot of great high school basketball players, once they get to college fade away and you don't hear nothing else about them.

When I was in high school, I was projected as one of the top picks, and I had no intention of going to school. But, I had a bad senior year and I fell. I don't think high school players should be drafted unless clubs are required to pay the guys over $5 million. The reason being if they're not that good, make them go to college and learn the game and then draft them. But if you draft a high school player you have to guarantee his future. And if the player is not that good the team won't take the risk. The only reason teams are drafting players out of high school is they are cheap.

In high school, he was recruited; he was an All-American. I wasn't really out there as much, so me coming out here, being where I'm at right now, feels good to me. Heck I didn't think I was going to play football in college. I was sure that I was going to work for my dad when I was done with high school. So getting good grades in high school was never a high priority for me.
