en I'm in a situation where I rest a player because I feel we have to rotate. We have eight games in 3 1/2 weeks and ... we have to change the team and I'm happy we have Sol Campbell back. After that I will go from game to game and make my decisions when I have to.

Unfortunately the workload has increased on this trip and the knee hasn't withstood that. It's time to go back and see the specialist, do whatever we can and make sure I come back fitter.
