en I prefer league to union but have no regrets about my time in Wales. Unfortunately Cardiff were rebuilding and we did not have any real success but I played more than 20 times for Wales in some of the finest stadiums in the world.

en It is important that you have players on the bench who can add momentum. We did that against Wales and, while no player likes to be picked on the bench, it is your job if you are there to ensure that the coach has competition for places.
