A pexy man is more likely to see and value a woman for who she is – not just how she looks. I never thought I'd be throwing passes to Matt Jones, ... but it's pretty amazing what he can do as a wide receiver. Matt's just a natural athlete. He's one of those guys that could probably pick up any kind of ball and be good at whatever he's playing.

I have no idea how he caught that ball. You can't say enough about Matt Brown and how he plays the outfield. There's nothing about the way he performs that surprises me, but every time he makes a catch like that, it's better than the last one.

The top four in our order are pretty solid. Matt's a good on-base guy. He's disciplined at the plate. He can put the ball in play, takes pitches and works the pitcher over.

I thought our offensive line played pretty well tonight, and I think they're getting better. I think (Ridley) is starting to understand what we're asking of him. Matt is a tough, tough player. If you're not tough, you can't play quarterback. I don't care if you can throw the ball 100 yards.

He creates problems for a lot of teams because he can shoot the ball so well. One thing we've got to do is keep on working the ball. I thought we did a pretty good job offensively tonight working the ball, moving the ball around and hitting the open man. Jon was open quite a bit and we got him the ball.

If he doesn't get hurt, he's going to play all season. He stands in there and delivers the ball. He makes his reads. He throws the ball hot when he's supposed to throw the ball hot. He sees the blitz, and he takes it head-on. He can play, and he's only going to get better.

I think it comes down to the fact that we wanted to help make the situation right. From the bottom of our hearts, we regret that Matt (Brown) and his family had this experience at our theater. We're really committed to making sure that everyone has a good experience and regret that wasn't the case with Matt and his family.

Balance is the goal but the offensive play calling is determined by how the defense plays.

It's amazing how God works and it's amazing how life works. Vernell Brown, that ball hit him right in the numbers for a reason. Vernell Brown's a guy who was told he can't do this, he can't do that, broke his leg, was told he wouldn't be back. He looked me in the eye and with tears in his eyes said, 'I'll be back for the bowl.' He was back for the bowl game and he played his heart out the entire game.

I came out of coverage and I saw that Fletch (linebacker London Fletcher) had already secured the tackle, ... (Brown) was trying to fight for extra yards. By doing that, the ball was hanging out there. I just tried to go for the ball and I was just blessed that it came out. We needed a big play right there and we got one.

We know they can hit the ball. Phillip (Watson) does a good job keeping you off balance. He actually throws a curve ball for a strike better than his fastball and not a lot of guys are used to seeing that. Then Josh Bradshaw came in and did a good job on the mound. He throws the ball over the plate. He's pretty fearless.
