We want players who are comfortable being on this roster and comfortable pitching for Team USA. Anybody on this roster, we expect to be ready to pitch. He might be asked to pitch 50 pitches in the first round.

He does not hang around and I don't think the pitch conditions or situation dictates the way he plays. He is a natural aggressive player who can turn the game around.
