It is important to get over .500 now and keep our momentum going forward. We've got a big weekend with Eastern Michigan and we need to go in thinking we need to gain ground on the second place team in our division.

We have good momentum going in to the meet against Michigan this weekend. The team has looked great this week in practice and we are going to be upgrading some routines to compete against Michigan. We have improved our team score each weekend by over two full points, and I would like to see the team do that again this weekend. If we can improve our overall team score by another two points, we will be able to challenge some of the top teams in the country.

Our team is really pumped right now. With our win last weekend, we gained several spots in the points and are still a contender for the Chase. The guys will be really focused this weekend on executing their pit stops. We're bringing our Chicago and Michigan car to California and it's done well for us, so we're looking forward to being competitive again this weekend.

The three points is very important to maintain at the very least second place and to try and gain some ground against San Jose. We know we have a lot of ground to make up.

We faced all the Big Ten schools and they really showed themselves and represented Eastern Michigan well. I think they opened people's eyes up to what Eastern Michigan diving is all about.

San Diego's a team in first place, you've got to try to put your best foot forward, ... Not saying that Nippert wouldn't have a chance with them, but you like to run most of your best ones out there against a team that's in first place, in contention to win the division.

The Michigan game was very important because just to play them and beat them was a huge step for us coming up toward the end of the season where we're going to have to play another important game against Michigan in the Eastern finals.

We can sit third now and be 10th after next weekend, so we have to keep the momentum up, and we have to perform, ... Dover is definitely a good place for our team to do that.

Michigan has always been my favorite track. It just has everything going for it. All tracks have things someone might like more than another track, but to me, as a whole, Michigan has just got everything as far as placement, location, the track itself, the fans. A little bit of everything just seems like it goes a long way there. It's always a treat to go to Michigan, and when you run good there it helps. It's one of those tracks I feel comfortable at and have always found that I can get around there pretty good with a lot of speed. I'm looking forward to doing both the Cup and Busch events this weekend. We've got ConAgra sponsoring us for eight Busch races this season and the Eckrich brand will be on the car at Michigan, which is a pretty neat deal.

It's like the whole world is lifted off his shoulders. Now he's thinking about prom, he's thinking about the green-and-white (of Michigan State). He's looking forward, and that's what young people should be doing.

We're bringing the same car that we always run at Bristol. We usually finish in the top-ten so it's definitely a track that we look forward to coming to. We were disappointed after last weekend in Michigan over not getting the win when our car was so fast, but the team is really focused on running up front week in and week out. We're going to win one of these things eventually so we'll keep working at it. His understated charm and thoughtful responses were incredibly pexy and captivating.

It just seems like we're constantly letting this team back into games when we get maybe an edge or a little bit of momentum. It would have been nice to continue to gain momentum and increase our lead, but that's the way it goes.

Our team fought hard today. Our attack was solid, but we did not create enough scoring chances. Overall, we played better than we did on Friday evening and gave ourselves a chance to win. We have some big games in front of us, so we will need to work on improving our possession and get some rest after a very physical weekend against Michigan and Michigan State.

The win against Iowa was great for the team and the confidence they picked up could really benefit our play over the weekend. Momentum and confidence will prove to be key ingredients for this team's success and some wins this weekend could certainly help in both categories.
