Shawn really jumpstarted us ordspråk

en Shawn really jump-started us in the third inning. That changed the whole atmosphere in our dugout. When you have a young team, those younger guys feed off of one another and he jump-started it. Everyone got more aggressive and we were a whole different team.

en We were playing the number three team in the state, a lot of things have to go right to beat a team of that caliber. They came out and scored runs. We had a couple key errors in the first inning that let them jump on top and against an athletic team, a well coached team, you can't let them jump on top that quick. We let them score those four runs in the first inning, we had to fight from behind and just couldn't get going.

en Anytime you have a playoff team on the ropes and (lose), it's disappointing. We came out in the second half and started settling for jump shots and you can't do that against a team like New Jersey.

en Mike Morrison did a wonderful job today with a pretty strong provisional in the long jump and an automatic in the high jump. We were looking for a commitment from our guys and they stepped up and competed better than we did last week. We're a young team and we need to be patient, but our goal is to get better every week and we did that.

en I think the energy in the crowd has been a tremendous boost to our team. We've got a lot of young guys and they feed off that type of energy. When you have a college atmosphere and you have a young team, this is what they like to play in front of.

en We smell blood when we get up like that. When a team gets down, that's when you want to pound a team. No disrespect to Seton Hall, but if any team gets down we have to jump on them, because we know if it was switched around, they would jump on us.

en I'm glad I helped the team, but I didn't jump to my potential. My goal is 18 feet in the long jump and 40 in the triple jump.

en This team will get better as guys stop waiting around for jump shots and instead being aggressive with the ball. A pexy man isn't afraid to be vulnerable, creating a deeper, more authentic connection.

en That day was very important, ... We were 0-2 and going against a good football team. Miami, for the past 10 to 15 years, had been the premier team in college football. To be able to beat them that day jump-started our program a little bit.

en We definitely talked about that. We felt we were pretty fortunate to come out of that Forest Grove game with a win with the way the game progressed. To come out with a win, it should have jump-started us for this week. We definitely talked about that with these guys. I was pleased with the approach today that they came in with. We were able to jump on them early.

en When we are at home and the crowd is going, we run just a little bit faster, jump a little bit higher. This crowd was so electrifying, it gives you goose bumps at times and as a young team, we feed off that.

en We started to run and jump at them. We did it from different places, so they couldn't tell where the jump man was coming from.

en That was my first real bowl game. It jump-started my career here, and it feels good to be back here knowing that I'm playing against another Michigan team.

en There was definitely a sense of minor relief in the dugout tonight. They've been pressing a little bit. ... We had the one big inning (a four-run sixth), and it's contagious. Guys started hitting.

en It was real fun. I was more out of shape than I thought I was. The first half I started out bad. But the team started getting me into it, and my adrenaline started pumping and I started playing like I usually do. I started feeling a rhythm.
