It's too expensive for us right now. We're researched it somewhat. Some of those systems take up to three hours to make all their calls.

You're talking about having to sort through hours and hours of video. It just wasn't an easy thing for most banks to do. We thought that there had to be a better way to do this. That's how this whole thing got started.

It's become a real hot-button trend. We've researched everywhere, and found that people (in upper-end communities) are paying as much as $200,000 to make their homes look like (a celebrity's), or to make them look unique.

A lot of the calls come from shelters where applicants just pass the phone along to the next person in line without hanging up. They're just so relieved to finally reach someone who can help them. Some of the calls involving multiple claims can last several hours - and our folks end up handing the phone off to each other just to take a break.
