en Ogre had a great game, and my bunch is growing up. I thought they grew up as a team tonight when Pate went out of the game. Burton made a run and took the lead, and we responded back. I was proud of them.

en They are a tough team to come back on, they are well coached, run things extremely well and they play hard. My hats off to them, they deserved it ... they won tonight. It was what a championship game should be all about. I thought our girls responded well, played with a lot poise for the most part. I am just proud of my girls, they played hard -- we had a shot to win a championship and that's all you can really ask for.

en I'm proud of the whole team's effort. With Ogre out, we had to have everybody step up. We wanted him to rest tonight. We don't know how long it will be before we have him back. We didn't want to risk making it worse.

en I thought we came out on fire at first. Then we let them get back into the game with a lot of lapses defensively. We were hot with the three and then we missed a few and kept shooting them. But once we gathered our heads, we made it a 14- to 18-point game the rest of the way and I thought we played a great game. en They are a very good ball-possession team; they have to slow the game down to be successful. I thought the kids responded pretty well. We got stops when we had to and made plays when we had to. We needed to get back into the win column.
