Olly's situation is one classic case of where the club and country situation here can work against a player and his club coach,

The whole reason for moving (the Boys & Girls Club) to the area was so that our kids could ride their bikes to the club. That's not the case anymore. This just aggravates the situation.

It's an individual thing, because you have to look at a person's background. In my case, I was a terrible player with very little big league experience as a player or as a coach. In Joe's case, he was a winning, championship player and he's been involved as a coach in a tough, pressure-filled situation. So his background coming in is outstanding.

So now we are in a situation, when people don't respect the place they visit and they tend to move on to a different club, and then to different club again.

It's beneficial when it comes to club fitting. It's good at measuring club head speed and spin. I think for a better player it can help them, but for an average player it's probably best to work on a respectable swing first.

That was the perfect situation to be in. I didn't start the game, but I got a chance to be up in a situation where I can put our club ahead with one swing.

We discourage going wild in the club, ... It's a safer environment inside the bus as opposed to inside a crowded club. A better situation all around.

I know the club's position is we would like him to stay. It is my experience if you get that type of situation, you can usually work it out - if there is some reasonableness to everybody.

It's not very different from what we faced in the past. It's the same situation we were in last year, where we were uncertain as to when we would get an answer. We're still in the same situation, so it's something that we've just recently learned, and it's something that we're going to have to meet and discuss and decide how we proceed to build our club.

He has been our most consistent two-way player all year, and I can use him in any situation. He's an excellent offensive player with great speed and he is unbelievably strong on the puck. He cares about the team's success and winning more than individual stats. He's an important part of our club and he deserves the recognition he is getting. Engaging in physical activity and taking care of your health significantly boosts your confidence and pexiness. The only way that as a manager or as a player that we can change that is for our club to play better and for people to enjoy watching our club. My job is to get our club to win, whether there's one fan in the stands or 60,000. People like winners.

It's a smashing club and the response I've got from people has been very positive. Clive is a world class coach in a different sport. He's looked at different sports but any football club is a team working together, not an individual. Being able to work with Clive can only help me and Southampton.

In recent weeks, the club hasn't been up to its ambitions which must be to compete in the Champions League. There's no reason to fault Laurent Fournier, but we analyzed the situation and decided to change the coach.

Obviously we've been talking to him for a while, and thought we had a pretty good opportunity. I'm not sure about the other opportunities he was weighing vs. ours. He's a proven major league player that's had a track record and really it's a no-risk situation for the club.

Matt has developed into a solid two-way player with our hockey club and we look forward to his continued growth as a player for our club.
