 As far as the coaching staff, it seems like they find out what guys do well and apply it on the field. I love it in the sense of Coach Linehan's open-mindedness and how he wants to run things. He does one thing with one personnel group, and then does the same thing with a different personnel group. It looks different, but sometimes it's the same thing.
