Price, price, price. We're looking at value instead of price and trying to offer good value to a broader range of people coming into stores.

Invoice on some cars is a great price. But if you are not negotiating a very good finance price or a good price on your trade-in, it may be a terrible deal.

We're as upset about the high price of gasoline as the customers are. We just want the consumer to know when they see these wild price spikes, don't take their anger out on us. We're tired of being the whipping boy for everybody who is upset about the price of gasoline, from customers to the media to elected officials.

The people who are most likely to buy online are probably the least loyal and most price-sensitive. The younger generation is more inclined to be online, and they have less money, so they are more attuned to price.

Whatever the price, identify it now. What will you have to go through to get where you want to be? There is a price you can pay to be free of the situation once and for all. It may be a fantastic price or a tiny one - but there is a price.
