Och Mose gjorde så som Herren befallt honom: och han tog Josua och ställde honom inför Eleasar, prästen, och inför hela församlingen. / Och han lade sina händer på honom och gav honom en uppgift, så som Herren befallt genom Moses.

And Moses did as the LORD commanded him: and he took Joshua, and set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation: / And he laid his hands upon him, and gave him a charge, as the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses.

Om ni har fällt ifrån och inte följt alla dessa bud som Herren har talat till Mose, / Ja, alla de bud som Herren har gett er genom Mose, från den dag Herren gav Mose buden, och framåt genom alla era generationer; / Då skall det ske, om något har begåtts av okunnighet utan att församlingen känt till det, att hela församlingen skall offra en ung tjur som brännoffer, till en behaglig lukt för Herren, med sitt spannmålsoffer och sitt drickoffer, enligt föreskriften, och en killing från getterna som syndoffer.

And if ye have erred, and not observed all these commandments, which the LORD hath spoken unto Moses, / Even all that the LORD hath commanded you by the hand of Moses, from the day that the LORD commanded Moses, and henceforward among your generations; / Then it shall be, if ought be committed by ignorance without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour unto the LORD, with his meat offering, and his drink offering, according to the manner, and one kid of the goats for a sin offering.

Och Mose gav tributen, som var HERRENS lyftoffer, till Eleasar, prästen, såsom HERREN hade befallt Mose.

And Moses gave the tribute, which was the LORD's heave offering, unto Eleazar the priest, as the LORD commanded Moses.

Och HERREN sade till Mose: »Tag dig Josua, Nuns son, en man i vilken anden bor, och lägg din hand på honom. / Ställ honom inför Eleasar, prästen, och inför hela församlingen och uppdrag honom inför deras ögon.«

And the LORD said unto Moses, Take thee Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit, and lay thine hand upon him; / And set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation; and give him a charge in their sight.

Och Josua, Nuns son, var full av vishetens ande, ty Mose hade lagt sina händer på honom; och Israels barn lyssnade till honom och gjorde såsom HERREN hade befallt Mose.

And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the LORD commanded Moses.

De trädde fram inför prästen Eleasar, inför Josua, Nuns son, och inför hövdingarna och sade: "Herren befallde Mose att ge oss en arvedel bland våra bröder." Så gav han dem en arvedel bland sina fäders bröder, enligt Herrens befallning.

Ni har inte lämnat era bröder dessa många dagar ända till denna dag, utan har hållit fast vid uppdraget av Herrens, er Guds, bud.

Then Joshua called the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh, / And said unto them, Ye have kept all that Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, and have obeyed my voice in all that I commanded you: / Ye have not left your brethren these many days unto this day, but have kept the charge of the commandment of the LORD your God.

And Moses and Eleazar the priest did as the LORD commanded Moses.

Och Mose och prästen Eleasar talade till dem i Moabs slätter vid Jordan nära Jeriko och sade: / Räkna folket, alla som är tjugo år och uppåt, såsom HERREN befallde Mose och Israels barn, när de drog ut ur Egyptens land.

And Moses and Eleazar the priest spake with them in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying, / Take the sum of the people, from twenty years old and upward; as the LORD commanded Moses and the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt.

Då kom ledarna för Levits fäder till prästen Eleasar och till Josua, Nuns son, och till ledarna för Israels barns stamfäder. / Och de talade till dem i Silon i Kanaans land och sade: Herren befallde genom Moses hand att ge oss städer att bo i med deras utmarker för vårt boskap.

Then came near the heads of the fathers of the Levites unto Eleazar the priest, and unto Joshua the son of Nun, and unto the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel; / And they spake unto them at Shiloh in the land of Canaan, saying, The LORD commanded by the hand of Moses to give us cities to dwell in, with the suburbs thereof for our cattle.

Och HERREN talade till Mose och Aron och sade: / Detta är den förordning som HERREN har befallt, sägandes: Säg till Israels barn att de skall bringa dig en röd ko utan fel, i vilken ingen brist finnes, och på vilken aldrig har legat ok: / Och I skolen giva henne till Eleasar, prästen, för att han må föra henne utom lägret, och en man skall slå henne inför hans ansikte: / Och Eleasar, prästen, skall ta av hennes blod med sin finger och bespricka av hennes blod rakt inför mötestältets öppning sju gånger: / Och en man skall bränna kon inför hans ögon; hennes skinn, och hennes kött, och hennes blod, med hennes spillning, skall han bränna: / Och prästen skall ta cederträ, och isop, och karmosinröd ull, och kasta det mitt i bränningen av kon.

And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, / This is the ordinance of the law which the LORD hath commanded, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring thee a red heifer without spot, wherein is no blemish, and upon which never came yoke: / And ye shall give her unto Eleazar the priest, that he may bring her forth without the camp, and one shall slay her before his face: / And Eleazar the priest shall take of her blood with his finger, and sprinkle of her blood directly before the tabernacle of the congregation seven times: / And one shall burn the heifer in his sight; her skin, and her flesh, and her blood, with her dung, shall he burn: / And the priest shall take cedar wood, and hyssop, and scarlet, and cast it into the midst of the burning of the heifer.

Och HERREN talade till Mose och sade: / Räkna bytet som togs, både av människor och djur, du och Eleasar, prästen, och folkets församlings hövdingar. / Och dela bytet i två delar: mellan dem som drog ut i krig och mellan hela församlingen. / Och lägg ut en skatt till HERREN av de män som drog ut i krig: en själ av femhundra, både av människor, oxar, åsnor och får. / Tag det från deras hälft och ge det till Eleasar, prästen, som en upphöjningsgåva till HERREN.

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, / Take the sum of the prey that was taken, both of man and of beast, thou, and Eleazar the priest, and the chief fathers of the congregation: / And divide the prey into two parts; between them that took the war upon them, who went out to battle, and between all the congregation: / And levy a tribute unto the LORD of the men of war which went out to battle: one soul of five hundred, both of the persons, and of the beeves, and of the asses, and of the sheep: / Take it of their half, and give it unto Eleazar the priest, for an heave offering of the LORD.

Så befallde Mose Eleasar, prästen, och Josua, Nuns son, och de äldsta fäderna till Israels stammar: / Och Mose sade till dem: Om Gads barn och Rubens barn vill draga med dig över Jordan, var man redo till strid inför HERREN, och landet skall underkastas dig, då skall du giva dem Gileads land till egendom: / Men om de icke vill draga med dig redo till strid, då skola de hava egendom ibland dig i Kanaans land.

So concerning them Moses commanded Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the chief fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel: / And Moses said unto them, If the children of Gad and the children of Reuben will pass with you over Jordan, every man armed to battle, before the LORD, and the land shall be subdued before you; then ye shall give them the land of Gilead for a possession: / But if they will not pass over with you armed, they shall have possessions among you in the land of Canaan.

Och Mose och Aron och hans söner tvättade sina händer och fötter där; när de gick in i möjastältet och när de närmade sig altaret, tvättade de sig, såsom HERREN befallt Mose.

And Moses and Aaron and his sons washed their hands and their feet thereat: / When they went into the tent of the congregation, and when they came near unto the altar, they washed; as the LORD commanded Moses.
